I understand Renee was involved in a accident at Sunset today. Throttle stuck and she went into the woods and hit a tree. Life flight is taking her to Pittsburgh because of neck issues. Prayers sent for a quick recovery Renee.

Thanks guys for the thoughts. Where spending the night in Pittsburgh presby hospital. she has broken vertebray in her neck. Other than that a few cuts and bruises. Waiting on spinal team to look at her.

good to here that she is going to be ok. we all have so much fun doing this sport, when something like this happens I think it gives all off us racers a bad feeling inside... so glad to here that she is coming home.

she's home and now the healing process begins psychically and mentally.this sure opened up our eyes.we knew the risk but like everyone else we thought this would never happen to us...I would like to thank everyone for there concern.

Glad she's home an hope she feels better soon, I guess its good news that she's not hurt any worse. If youn'z need any help just call.(I don't do dishes)lol.

WOW ! Mike your a very lucky man to still have her after that wreck. Give her a hug but not too hard.

Thank the good lord that Renee is okay but I have to say that anytime I ever saw her in a car going fast she had all her gear on and was belted in and practicing good safety and I will help with anything the Blairs need but I don,t think her customers would appreciate my grooming techniques so I better do something else.

I want to talk smack about her being a women driver but I'm afraid she put me on the trailer again... lol

Hey everyone, it's me Renee. Just wanted to say it is so great to be alive right now!! I am so beaten and in alot of pain, but I am alive and I will recover eventually. I would like to take a minute to thank all who helped me at the accident scene, especially Gregg Lawerence who held me still along with Frank Porterfield until the paramedics arrived. I have seen the car and can not believe anyone could come out of something like that. PLEASE EVERYONE, Do not take the safety equipment for granite!!! It is the only reason I am still here!! Stay safe everyone and see you all soon! Again thanks to all who helped!!! Renee

Renee, after seeing the pics of your car, you are one very lucky lady. And thank goodness for Gregg Lawrence and Frank Porterfield for having the foresight to hold you still till the EMT's arrived. Who knows, they might have saved you from worse injury. We're all very glad to hear you're on the mend.
