cool toot. we got quiet a bit of work ahead of us this winter. like new spark plugs, plug wires, maybe new msd and distributor and some more stuff. Also have to take traction bars off since we are running a snuber now. Check over shocks and springs. pretty much maintenance and some new parts. I alway try and make the car look nicer every year so of course I'm going to paint the inside and under the car. take some more weight off in the process and move some weight around. I'm also going to try and atempt some body work and paint the car hope I don't mess up lol.

I'm changing my carburator to a alcohol unit I am getting sick of paying almost 8.00 a gal. for 110 race gas, I already bought a Rupert 950 cfm,but I will need to change the fuel regulator and some fuel lines and the filter other than that I am planning to replace the roller lifters and valve springs

good deal Phil. I hear ya going to alky will save you money in the long run for sure and it's crossed my mind many of times and I still think about it. sounds like the car will be a few tenths quicker next year. Also run cooler on them hot summer days!!

Phil, something to keep in mind if you're switching over to alky. Running with the M3 alky that VP makes will save you from a lot of work at the end of the day having to drain the fuel cell, lines, carb bowls and fogging the motor. The M3, and M5 have a top lube blended into the alky. And use a plastic fuel cell too. Even racers using anodized aluminum fuel cells run into problems with the regular alky attacking the aluminum.
