| Well, Dad got his beast fired up yesterday and all I'm saying is WOW. Little 632 thinks it's a mountain motor!
Got my rearend all tacked in, four link and brackets tacked in, anti-rollbar is tacked in, wishbone tacked in, and wheelie bars tacked in. Going home in two weeks to tear it all back apart and start laying some weld beads down. |

| The Little Z Machine is finally sitting on all fours again. Gotta hook up the back brakes, install another battery, put fuel system back in, change starter and flexplate, change oil, drain antifreeze and a few other odds and ends before it's ready for the track. Gotta weld up my wheelie bars too, since they're just tacked together so far. |

| L.Z. was this a mandatory update for the class ? I know you needed the wheelie bars but was it for tire size ? If it keeps raining we are going to have to put floats on each side of the cars !!! |

| Skip, Dad talked me out of a 4 link when I did the 25.5 cage a few years back. After we built his and seen no comparison between 4 link and ladder bars, I had to have them. I wanted to go back to 29.5" tall tires so that I'd be legal for most classes in the area allowing 4 links.
I'm now legal for the Outlaw Limited Street (29.5x10.5) stuff and the 8.90 stuff. I wasn't gonna do the wheelie bars, but it's cheap insurance in the grand scheme of things.
The car now sits about 1-1/2" lower in the back, perfectly level. Can't get any lower without lowering the nose. It looks alot better with the small tires I think. I like it more anyways.
Skip, PM me your phone number!!! |

| The Z looks like a young indian brave ready for battle, War paint is on an the 1500+ horses are ready to ride! Don't dare start it up in the garage with the doors closed, it'll blow em off, stuff just falls off the shelves when she idles. |

| Guys, I was looking at the rules for O/S and there isn't any reference to wheelie bars. Am I correct in assuming then if it doesn't say ''No Wheelie Bars'' then they're allowed ? |

| Yepper Dan, anything that isn't outlawed is good to go, and anything gray is up for interpretation! |

| Well, just got back home after a weekend working on the car. Thanks Skip for bringing up the scales so we could get the corner weights correct! I really appreciate the help. With Skip and Dad as witnesses, what we have here folks is a heavy turd. 3380 lb race weight (me included). About 200 lbs more than I had initially thought, but makes no difference to me. I'll just have to make some more power. The car is scaled, rearend is all in, rear brakes are hooked back up and bled, two batteries installed, and wheelie bars are all done. Gotta hook my fuel system back up and change the starter gear and flexplate. Also gotta change the oil and give her a bath. Then we'll be ready. It may not be the King in the club, but 8.90's (hopefully better this year) at 3380lbs makes be believe it's got some Royal Blood in her. I like the small tires alot better!! The rearend isn't holding the weight of the car in this picture, so the body is slightly lower on the tires when it's on the ground. It's pretty stinkin' low in my book! |

| PS. It's 51.5% nose weight, 48.5% rear weight. Can't complain about that for a shed built ride! |

| The car looks good Don and I'm glad to see it'll be hitting the tracks soon. Maybe you need to enroll the car in the Nutri System plan. You sure that roll cage isn't built from solid bar instead of tubing ? LOL

| Thanks. It's all mild steel 25.5 cage, steel floor, all factory glass. The only fiberglass part is the hood and the only aluminum is the transmission and wheels. 8.90's so far at 3380 is pretty good for me..... |
