A new drag strip is being planned by Bill Hards a local business person to be built in seneca pa.Its an old airport that has'nt been used in several years. Its located between oil city and cranberry off of route 257. He is having a meeting thursday april 21 at 7:00pm at his shop in reno pa to give anyone interested an idea of his plans. So come out and show your support for a sport we love. The address for the meeting is 1884 Allegheny boulevard reno pa 16343.

You're right, maybe about an 1/8th of a mile. I was just going by the scale on Google maps.

I'm all for a drag strip going in anywhere, just not sure the locals would want one that close to a school, or town for that matter.
